These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nova Digital Interactive website and, where applicable, the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Nova Digital Interactive designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites and related digital services for businesses, primarily on a monthly subscription basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and Nova. The plans and prices shown on this website are starting points and may vary based on your needs.

Website content

The content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the Nova Digital Interactive name and logo — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client names and logos shown on this site are displayed with permission to identify work we’ve done and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our site content without permission.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Where you engage us on a monthly plan, billing terms (including start date, monthly fee, and what’s included) will be described in your agreement. Our plans are designed to be month-to-month with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed — you may cancel with reasonable notice as described in your agreement. Fees already paid for a current billing period are generally non-refundable, but we’ll always aim to be fair.

Satisfaction guaranteed

New clients are covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of your initial engagement, let us know and we’ll work to make it right. If we’re unable to resolve your concerns, we’ll refund your first month’s subscription payment. The guarantee applies to your first monthly payment only and does not cover third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration or paid licenses). The guarantee applies once per client. To request a refund under this guarantee, email info@novadigitalinteractive.com within the 30-day period.

Ownership of your website

When your engagement includes building a website for you, you own your content, images, and copy. On completion or departure, we’ll work with you to hand over your site and assets as described in your agreement. Certain third-party components, licensed assets, or our own reusable tools may remain subject to their own licenses.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the materials we need to do the work (such as content, images, and access), and to review and respond to deliverables in a timely way. You’re responsible for ensuring that any materials you give us don’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Third-party services

Our work and this website may rely on third-party services (for example, web hosting, form processing, domain registration, or analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to deliver high-quality results, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Digital Interactive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
